Whereupon
Angels came and stood
behind humankind,
guiding them in whispers
and with feelings of delight,
to discard the cloaks of normality
and mediocre thoughts,
and expose the deeper nature
of their hearts
~ filled with the glory of Spirit
filled with the joy of the Divine Song.
Listen
they whispered,
Listen to the truth
from beyond the veil.
Know to fear not
~ that the holy of holies
is with you always
in all ways.
That Heaven descends on Earth
as surely as the first day of Creation.
That you are here
to herald this day of joy
this day of magnificent celebration.
